The Chicken Or The Egg?
While we aren’t going to answer that question for you, we want to give you an idea of who we are.
The Chicken ‘N The Egg was founded in 2019. The owner has been involved in restaurant chains for 21 years and brings a great deal of experience and knowledge of the industry and its customers. The owner, staff, and experience of these last 21 years bring to our customers the benefit of high-quality ingredients and a wide range of meal choices.
Thus the Chicken ‘N The Egg was hatched!
Our menu will be full of healthy options with a focus on quality first. We are slating our menu for superb options, healthy, and high-quality meats. Our chicken will be fresh, non-GMO, and best of all, we bread and fry it fresh every day.
We spend a lot of time looking for high-quality providers with a great reputation. Not only that, but we also want to make sure that those with special food needs will have somewhere where they can enjoy a meal with the family without having to “eat limited”.
Our menu is full of options that are gluten-friendly and/or vegan-friendly. And while most of our items might not be available to those with allergies and sensitivities, we’re doing our best to bring in more options.
In fact, we make it easy to keep up with our newest menu items on our specials page where you can sign up to be informed as soon as it’s known (and available). Plus, we send out promotions and discounts so there’s no reason why you shouldn’t sign up with us.
Big Industry Experience, Local Flavors
Since we do have experience from our past franchisee connections, we know how to feed families.
We have a huge menu that is constantly being updated to provide the best eating experience in the area. And, we have local offerings that you’ll have a hard time finding anywhere else.
While we can’t answer what came first, what we can answer is where you’ll be eating tonight – with us!

While guests stand in line, order and take a seat, similar to the systems of many fast-casual restaurants, the similarities end there. The clean and playful design of all of the restaurants, the speed at which “from scratch” Southern, Mexican and Californian dishes are delivered, and the taste of such original selections creates a dining experience, unlike many others. Grab a bite to eat choosing from our vast menu of fresh, local handcrafted selections. and find out what a REAL street taco tastes like.

Located off of Galvez Road adjacent to Galvez Landing, The Point offers the same great sandwiches as our Downtown location but with a different name for each sandwich.
Our atmosphere is somewhat different than that of our Downtown location. The quaint surroundings at The Point and their extra large deck offer a great place to relax and listen to the many bands that play here. If you arrive by boat, Galvez Landing offers a place to dock your boat. It’s only a short walk to our front door. Just like our Downtown location, we have plenty of seating indoors and outside for parties as well as both non-smoking and smoking sections.
The Flora-Bama Yacht Club is a legend in the southeast. You can come by boat, car, paddleboard, float… as long as you get here. We are known for our original menu items and local seafood. There is something for almost everyone. Our award-winning Chefs and the friendly staff make every dining experience fun. We have a large outdoor deck and beach area. Relax on our sand and listen to the fantastic music from local and visiting musicians. Nothing like dinner and Bushwacker at the FBYC.”
Fisherman’s Corner Seafood Restaurant is a favorite of locals and tourists alike. We have worked hard at putting our humble establishment to the top of the list. We couldn’t have accomplished this without our dedicated and much appreciated chefs, our loyal customers, and the experience that only comes from years of hard work. We are top-ranked among thousands on Tripadvisor, Urbanspoon, PNJ’s “Best Of The Bay” and numerous other entities involved in the culinary community. Fisherman’s Corner has grown from a quaint little gem under the Theo Baars bridge in Perdido Key to a household name that travels well outside Pensacola and the Gulf of Mexico. Thanks to all of our fans throughout the southeastern US for spreading the word. We hope to be in your hometown soon so you can enjoy our cuisine any day of the week.
Our mission is to bring you a fine dining experience. Reflecting on my 25 years of experience in the restaurant business and my Louisiana roots, many of our dishes will be of Creole influence, all made from scratch and made to order. We make EVERYTHING in our own kitchen, from sauces to dressings to entrees to desserts. Nothing out of a can or scooped from a big pot that has been sitting on a cold stove all day will be served. We ask for your patience if your order takes a tad longer than a chain restaurant. Good food takes time and we promise the wait will be worth it. We GUAR-ON-TEE to serve the freshest and highest quality seafood available. Most of our seafood selections are fresh from our backyard, the Gulf of Mexico. Our steaks are of the highest quality prime beef we can buy and our wine list has been awarded by Wine Spectator as one of the very best in the world. And finally, we want you to feel like this is “Your Place”. We welcome all suggestions and critiques.
Lillian’s Pan Pizza is located in Perdido Key in Pensacola, Florida. Known as a favorite eating-place for locals and tourists alike, Lillian’s is one of the best pizza restaurants you’ll try! Lillian personally hand makes her pizza dough every morning, and any leftover dough is thrown out.
