MOVIES IN THE PARK

Join us for a special Movies in the Park event on June 23 at Community Maritime Park to celebrate Juneteenth as part of the 2023 Journey to Juneteenth Celebration. Grab your blankets and lawn chairs and head over to the Hunter Amphitheater for a family-friendly movie night under the stars.

The featured movie for the evening is “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever” (Rated PG-13), a thrilling and action-packed film that will captivate audiences of all ages. Come early to enjoy pre-show activities starting at 6 p.m., and once the sun sets, the movie will begin.

Please note that free event parking is available at Community Maritime Park and City Hall. While local food trucks may offer concessions for purchase (subject to availability), you’re also welcome to bring your own picnic baskets. However, kindly leave pets and glass containers at home.
