The festival features 16,000 pounds of boiled crawfish provided by the Cordova Crawfish Company of Pensacola, Florida.
Not crazy for crawfish? The open-air, waterfront event also serves up other traditional Cajun fare as well as festival favorites like hot dogs, hamburgers, fried treats and sweets.
Cajun dishes such as red beans and rice, boudin balls, seafood gumbo, etouffee, jambalaya, and Cajun pasta will also be available in addition to traditional festival fare.
