• Sound Bath Dolphin Cruise
• Guided beach meditations (walking, sitting, and lying down) in shaded beach tents
• Slow Flow and Mindful Flow Yoga
• Eco-educational walks
• Paddleboarding
• Insightful discussions on abundance, laws of attraction, and magnetism from The Quantum Field
• Kriya Cleansing and breathwork for the subtle body
• Cold Plunge Ice Bath experience on the beach

June 19th – Monday

• Beach Tents Provided for complete shelter
• 7:30am: Walking & Standing Meditation by Swan Michelle
• 9am: Mindful Flow Yoga by Swan Michelle
• Paddleboarding and Swimming
• BYOL (Bring Your Own Lunch) and snacks
• 3pm: Ice Bath Experience – bring your bathing suit, hosted by Justin Nutt
• 4:30pm-6pm: Breath and Energy Cleansing with Stacey Vann
• 6-7pm: Picnic Clean, Vegetarian Beach Dinner
• 7-8:30pm: Sunset Sound Bath & Meditation by Swan Michelle

June 20th – Tuesday

• 7:30-9am: Seated Meditation & Lying down Somatic awareness/Yoga Nidra Experience with talks on Neuro-science as influenced by Dr. Joe Dispenza, presented by Swan Michelle
• 9-10:30am: Mindful Flow by Swan Michelle
• Paddleboarding, Turtles, Dolphins, and Swimming
• BYOL (Bring Your Own Lunch) and snacks
• 5-6:30pm: Alignment, Yoga Therapy & Breathwork Yoga by Kelly Haas
• 6:30pm: Picnic Beach Dinner served – Vegetarian
• 7:30-8:30pm: Sunset Mantra, Philosophy & Seated/standing Meditation by Swan Michelle

June 21st – Wednesday

• 7:30-9am: Morning Eco-educational walk in the dunes with Christian Wagley
• 9:30-11am: Yoga Therapy by Kelly Haas
• Paddleboarding and Swimming
• 6:30-8pm: Sound Bath Dolphin Boat Cruise for sunset, led by Swan Michelle
